Death Elves

Name: Death Elves
Classification: Dark/Elf
Rarity: They are a very common race but aren't usually seen around. They often hide in underground tunnels.
Lifespan: They live longer then most supernatural creatures in general. Humans unable to touch the span of their life.
Appearance: Death Elves are known for having cinnamon kissed skin, the light brown passing through their race for generations. Their eyes are always silver, white, or light blue. Any other colors have been devoid in their blood line. As for their hair, the shade is always black, dark brown, and in some extremely rare times, silver. When it comes to the silver hair in their race, it is said that they are either treated as a freak or praised. (To make someone with silver hair, I would rather you messaged the mods about that.)
The women in their race are known for being very beautiful and the men very handsome. They both have a tattoo on their backs that they have since they are born and until the day they die. They don't have as pointy ears as life elves.
Strengths: Accelerated Speed, and Strength.
Weaknesses: Spirit Catchers are their natural enemy and they can sometimes be caught with magic from a warrior mage.
Skills/Abilities: Death Elves can take the soul from any living things bodies unless the creature is too powerful. If someone has a strong soul, they sometimes have a hard time ripping it out. They have an unwritten agreement with nature, and so they can control some of nature as well but not much. They are able to shift tree roots and speak to animals. But this is not their specialty. With a touch, they can cause something to accelerate to death but only by their will.
They are also able to bring back someone from the dead as good as new, but only for a hefty price. When they bring someone back, ultimately they must sacrifice someone else. They take the soul of someone else and converge it inside the deceased, and so, bringing the person back with a new soul. They can do something like this to themselves as well to extend their lifespan.
General Personalities: They are usually very secretive, their code is to not speak of their race to anyone. Not what they can do or where they are from. This code is what they live by and they are known for being extremely loyal to it. They are known for always sticking their necks out for their own kind and never getting involved in outsiders affairs. They are a very distrusting of others, knowing many people would try to use them.
History: During the war Death Elves were often told to be caught by both sides so they can bring back their fallen soldiers. Because of this, they have began to hide underground instead of the mountains or the forest.
Interesting Facts: Death Elves and Life Elves are usually known for disliking each other, their ways of thinking are usually different from each other. The Death Elves call their brethren too naive and that they will be more of a danger than a help, so they stay away from them.
And though Death Elves can take the souls of people, they usually don't need to, or rather they don't feel the need to. Whenever they find a lost soul, they guide it back to a place called 'La Tharos'. Which is a place that was built for lost souls to rest comfortably. And for some reason most people think holy magic and objects can work against them.
