Post subject: About Your Character |
|
|
You character is now in a time-line environment. This means you have to be consistent with your time. If your characters get injured in another roleplay, the next rp you play your character in, they should be wounded or healing from that wound. Even though HS has a timeline, it's fine if you want to play a character in more than one place at the same time.
Also, put some effort in your character descriptions if you are typing them up. Histories do not have to be extravagant or well-detailed if you want it to be revealed in the roleplay. If you want a powerful character, feel free. But remember to keep limitations on them. Every race has a weakness or a flaw- which means your character should as well. Flaws are fun to play with and keeps the RP interesting.
Make sure to keep your character consistent, please. It's fine if you wish to develop their personality but make sure they fit the character profile they were born from. Think seriously on what you want your character to be like and make them following suit. Inactive characters will be removed/deleted by a moderator or an administrator.
Please, keep in mind, not everyone is going to love your character. Actually, it would be more interesting if they hated your character more than anything. So, please, do not come whining to a moderator/admin on how such-and-such doesn't like your character and how mean they are. And, as always, keep personal feelings separate from character play, situations and other users. It is not appreciated and we don't like unnecessary problems.
It is all fictional. Nothing to have a tantrum about. |
